Does Coldwell Banker Lake Chelan Properties only handle Wapato Point properties?
No. Our office has been affiliated with Wapato Point for over ten years and we do handle a majority of the Wapato Point transactions. However, we have a very experienced staff that is knowledgeable in all waterfront, community waterfront, homes and land located in the Chelan/Manson area.

Is Wapato Point strictly Timeshare?
No, we have residential homes, building lots, and full ownership condominiums.

Can you really purchase 3 to 4 weeks of
vacation at Wapato Point for under $10,000?

Yes we have a wide variety of units available. Take some time to look at the selection of our Timeshare Listings.

What if I can't use that many weeks?
Wapato Point has an Internal Exchange Program, as well as a Rental Management Co. who will rent your weeks out for you.

Is Wapato Point "Right to Use" or do you acquire title?
Wapato Point is located on leased land, owned by the Wapato Indian Family. You have a leasehold interest until the year 2075.

Are there property taxes at Wapato Point?
No, since we are on leased land there are no property taxes.

What are the additional costs when I own at Wapato Point?
You have an Association Fee that is billed quarterly. The association fees are what keep Wapato Point the Premier Vacation Destination spot in Washington. Once your purchase price is satisfied your true cost is the upkeep. All of your moorage, firewood, utilities, and ground rent are paid. The only additional costs are phone charges and recreational.
